We train the dog you already have through a structured 18–24 month curriculum: foundation manners, public access work, and disability-specific task training — taught alongside you so the team is real.
We raise and fully train a dog matched to your needs and lifestyle, then transition the team through a two-week handover with twelve months of follow-up support and adjustments.

Lead trainer Sarah Chen founded Alpha in 2013 after a decade of guide and assistance dog work in Ontario and the UK. She is CCPDT-KA certified, a Karen Pryor Academy graduate, and a professional member of IAADP.
